Is there a minimum spend?

Yes – we have a £5 minimum order value due to costs we have to cover for the online payment system.

How do I know the colour of the product is what I am looking for?

We aim to describe colours as accurately as possible but all monitors display colours differently.  If colour accuracy is essential to your project, please ask us for a sample and we can send one out to you (with fabrics, ribbons, braids etc – not pre-packed items).  If the colour is wrong when you receive the item, we will be unable to refund any cut items.

Are your fabrics pre-shrunk?

Unless otherwise stated you should assume that fabrics are not pre-shrunk and treat them accordingly prior to use.

When will I receive my order?

Good are usually dispatched the next working day from receipt of your order and payment has gone through.  If you need something urgently, let us know and we will do our best!

Goods will be sent by Royal Mail  second or first class post unless you specify otherwise, and pay if applicable, eg next day delivery, courier services etc.

If you leave special delivery instructions when you are not at home to take delivery, this is entirely at your own risk.  We do not accept responsibility for missing or undelivered goods.  Proof of posting is obtained for each shipment.

Can I return an item?

Click here for our returns policy.  In short, we only accept returns if they are in the original condition and packaging, or if goods are faulty.

What will happen if an item I want is out of stock?

We will contact you to see if you can wait for us to order the item for you , or if you would like a refund.

How can I pay?

You can pay using all major cards via Worldpay – the system will walk you through step by step once you have added everything you need to your basket, and clicked on ‘pay now’.  We also accept Paypal.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes – we are VAT registered and the prices you see already include VAT.
